Let's Get Physical: Staying Active and Healthy
Being physically active is a fundamental part of a healthy life. For those with heart disease, physical activity is a critical component of rehabilitation after a heart event. For all of us, exercise has been shown to significantly improve our mental wellbeing, in addition to our physical health. Yet, since March, most states across the U.S have been on some sort of stay at home order. This has meant fewer options for us all to get and say physically active to remain healthy. For those with pre-existing conditions, those options are even fewer. Further complicating matters, there is a lot of guidance, sometimes contradicting each other on exercising outside.

This HeartTalks webinar will focus on the importance of physical activity for women heart patients with tips and ideas to help women stay active.

Join WomenHeart CEO Celina Gorre, WomenHeart Champion Judy Jones, and Cardiac Yoga Therapist Sonja Rzepski as they share their experiences with staying active and supporting others to do the same during this time, all while staying safe and healthy.
